SPN 94 FMI 1 occurs when the ECM detects that the fuel pressure sensor is reading below 55 PSI.  A faulty fuel pump, fuel pressure sensor, or bad wiring/connections can cause this.  It is important to check the battery condition and all of the main power and ground cable connections before diagnosing the fuel system.  If the batteries and their connections are good, then check the battery switch, power distribution post, starter connections, and engine block ground connections before using a mechanical fuel gauge to verify the actual fuel pressure. 

That’s very helpful! Would it indicate that is it the fuel system if this only happens at higher speeds/ revs?

Lake Norman. I suspect 120s is probably doable by mid-summer , I just didn't want to wait that long given inventory is starting to thin out. They are not moving super fast though...
