Just saw a picture of the dash screen in a 2022 T220 and you're right, no buttons there.   Not important, the presets are useless anyways since they can't be adjusted.

Question- with the dsp amps if your speaker has a loose connection will it shut down power to the other 3 channels? Seems odd if true 

the dsp amps if its a DSP OE the plugs are pinned you could check the harness to make sure the pin is seated correctly and look like the rest now if its just a DSP model then then plugs are the retail style and you can unscrew the speaker lead from it if needed to seat them better in the plug. a loos connection could cause the amp to code but not shut down completely or just make the speaker go in and out if its not connected correctly.
