Check out Acme's custom fit program, maybe even call them. https://acmemarine.com/pages/custom-fit

I run the 2419 on my 2023 21 LX with M6 when I go to Tahoe. If I over fill the rear pnp bags I have the same thing happen. Overall the performance is pretty good for my boat on Tahoe with the 2419. I still have decent cruising speed.

Where do you fill up on the lake? Homewood Marina and Sunnyside are 91 octane, Obexers is only 87 or 89.

Good to know I’m not the only one. I saw acme has a 15x11 would be kinda curious to try that. I don’t keep my boat on the lake so I just fill with 91 at the gas station.

    • I am within a couple of days 0f purchasing a 2022 25 LSV.  The boat is currently named and registered with the US Coast Guard.  Does anyone have experience registering their boat with the Coast Guard?  Since the boat is currently registered with the Coast Guard, I am under the impression that the process may be simplified.  I am also wondering if there is a ballpark estimated cost to register 25 LSV  Malibu.  Thank You.

    • Those buttons are known to go bad. I think replacements are like $10 on Amazon. I’d look into that as well.

    • I gave up and put it back together so we could go boating this weekend. The fam just wants to get out on the water

    • Hate to be that guy that tells you, that you do need a 3/4 ton+ but you kinda do.  According to the manual here: https://www.fordservicecontent.com/Ford_Content/Catalog/owner_information/2019-Ford-Expedition-Owners-Manual-version-2_om_EN_04_2019.pdf

Per page 294 your max tow capacity since you aren’t using a weight distribution hitch is 6000 lbs.

After having my Tundra 5k without a WDH get pushed around at highway speeds I was done. Not worth risking my family’s lives. I traded in on a gas 7.3 F250.

If it were in town and local lakes I would tow with the Expedition. But zero chance I am going out on the highway.
