    • Is that yeti a roadie 24? looks like a perfect fit!

    • The power wedge "leaking" down more than an inch or so, primarily when the engine is started, can be caused by a faulty primary power module, or a harness wiring short circuit.  Remove the wedge down 5 amp fuse from the power module to see if the wedge continues to leak down.  If it doesn't, then the power module is the cause.  If it does, then there are likely damaged or shorted wires going to the wedge actuators.

    • I’m new to the wake surf boat seen. A couple questions I hope y’all can help with.
      1. I just swapped out my steering cable because mine broke. (Separated the outter sleeve from the crimp, would only turn right). I noticed the steering cable support bracket is a little loose. (Pivots when the cable move back and forth) Does this bracket need to be a little free to keep the cable from getting bound up? Or should the support bracket be all way tight?

      2. Post steering cable change, and cable support bracket still free and moving a little bit. When we load the rear sacks up, about half full, and surf. The steering is really tight. Is it normal for the steering to tighten up when the bags are full?

      3. it does have a surf prop on it. Has anyone experienced the steering getting tighter after upgrading to a surf prop? ( more pressure on the rudder?)

just trying to diagnose IF I have an issue still, and that’s what caused the old one to fail, or it any of this is normal.

I have some of the Babz fenders. Anybody have any feedback on how these work tied up to a pontoon to a dock? Also looked at some traditional fenders (8.5x27). Pricing for this size is all over the place. I have seen Taylor Made and Polyform the highest around $70 and Dockmate maybe around $30.

Depends on how long.   They work great for pretty much everything but if you are looking for your permanent wet slip protection I'd go with something else non inflatable in nature.

      Talk me off a ledge…

Just purchased a 1998 Malibu sportster. Test drive, first two family trips out it has run flawlessly. No overheating, idles well, etc.

Did some maintenance today and noticed while hooked to a fake a lake that there is a small water leak port side of the engine. Not a stream just a drip every few seconds. There is a small crack just above the freeze plug where water is coming from. It has obviously been leaking a while because there is a rust trail. I know I should have seen it before purchasing but that’s neither here nor there now so please be gentle.

How bad is it? New motor? JB weld? Ignore it?https://www.icloud.com/sharedalbum/#B0oJtdOXmjcppl

JB weld and ignore for this Summer. Figure out something else next Winter.
