For the engine to start and run you need spark at the correct time, the proper amount of fuel, and cylinder compression.  Check your spark plug condition and cylinder compression.  Verify that the injectors are being energized and supplying fuel.  Check for a loose or corroded ground cable on the engine block stud.

    • Have you checked the safety lanyard? Make sure it’s on there.

If you are serious about slalom and ski in a course, you have no other options.  Good luck driving that crossover in the course with a good skier behind!

If the course you use is maintained by the local ski club you may get some "Stink Eye" with the V drive.

Bring some new Balls and donate them to the club as a peace offering.

    • There are fuses in the power modules under the dash, but they are not particularly easy to get to.

    • Help…..
I need some help from the Malibu peeps, we are going on vacation for two weeks tomorrow to Table Rock Lake and I can’t get my engine ( Monsoon 350 ) on my 09 VLX started.
Engine cranks fine, battery 12.4 V, replaced fuel pump and filter, spark at plug. Currently trying to find the ECU?
