Osmosis

I have a 2008 Wakesetter and I am beginning to get signs of osmosis on the back of the boat.  Any suggestions on what I should do other then sell it?  Thanks in advance.

You mean the gelcoat is blistering?  Keep it, sell it, fix it, it doesn't really matter.  The primary cause is letting it stay wet.

If you moor it a lot, maybe and it and bottom paint it.

Oh my gosh you don't have to sell unless you are looking for a reason to sell. Mine took years to develop and no noticeable operating affect. You'd have to look semi-close to notice it. As a buyer it may or may not mean there are other things they should look at. Obviously the price should be adjusted accordingly and be honest to potential buyers.
