Ordering Gator Step

So I bought the color samples back in October and wanted to order a few custom pieces for the top sides of the front and rear deck of my new 21LX.  The problem is I have left voicemails, filled out contact forms and had zero luck talking to a human being at the company.  I have a few quick questions regarding fit and plan to order.    You would think if someone purchased samples they would follow up to aid in the ordering process.  Has anyone had any luck ordering directly from Gator Step?  I've tried calling the recommended number for my region that they list on their website, but I'm getting nowhere.

Are these 100% custom pieces? Or pieces that they have but you want to modify?

If 100% custom, I would suggest ordering a mylar template kit. This is what they are going to ask you do this part anyway. This should start the process with them. They will then make paper samples, send them back to check fit and then after that the actual material gets cut. https://gatorstep.com/template-kits/

If you just want to modify pieces they already offer, order those pieces. They will still send you paper cutouts to fit check and you can make modifications. https://gatorstep.com/boat-flooring-decking/malibu-21-lx-2022/

I have done it both ways and never had a problem. They setup communication after the initial step is taken.

Thanks!  I did see that kit and was ready to order as you mentioned, but one of the rear deck pieces is longer than the other on their template and it seems like they should be equal on my boat.  That's why I wanted to talk to someone.  But if you are saying they send paper cutouts regardless, maybe I'll give that a try.  Just frustrating that no one returns calls or emails.

I had wonderful service from the Southern CA location. They did get busy though this time of the year. I have the 21LX also. Their top deck templates are good. Only issue I had was the cut out for the center windshield rubber rest. Feel free to message me. I haven’t check their website since I did mine, I’d think they would have updated and I did a few custom pieces.
