2015 vlx wedge stuck down

Hey

So i had my boat in malibu for some work including a new alternator, 7 hrs later while towing a wakeboarder the alternator gave up and the boat died, have replaced alternator and its fine now, but the wedge is stuck in lift and wont move, ive tryed bypassing the fuses under the dash no luck, when fuses are in normal spot as soon as power to boat on i can hear what i beleive is the actuator whining, had zero issues with wedge before boat power died on water.

Thank you for any tips in advance, ill call dealer but its a 4 hr round trip in the prime of summer lol

Check the 20 amp ATC inline fuse under the dash that goes to the Lenco power wedge control box. 

The boat must be moving between 1 and 9 MPH in able to to move the power wedge from the lift or drag positions up to the stowed position.  Spinning the hull paddlewheel by hand while the wedge up icon is pressed is a very common way to do this while the boat is on the trailer.
