Warning Service Required 2017 TXI

2017 Response TXI, comes up with the Warning Service Required message and a loud constant beep needing to be reset every few minutes. When you go into the service screen to reset it, you can only see the services for the first 2 years and 300 hours. Can't scroll down or across to see the later services to confirm they have been completed. Is the ViperII software out of date? Is there a trick to scrolling to see the later services?

Service Required alarms are the equivalent of a Check Engine light and means there is an active ECM diagnostic fault code that needs attention.

On a 2017 you should be able to see active/inactive codes to see what your problem is
