hello I have a problem with the drain of my central ballast, it is full and the water is not flowing, you can hear the pump turn on but the water does not come out. How can I fix it, in my lake there are a lot of floating plants. And I would like to know if it is a problem that the bag is full of water outside the lake and how long is the maximum according to your experience

there are 2 pumps per tank one to drain and one to fill.  Trace the vent and drain tube from the thru hull to the pump.  Remove the pump water will come out into the bilge.  So pull your read or center drain plug when the boat is on the trailer.  Look for blockage in the pump body the fill tube.
