2020 LSV has intermittent screen failure

Hi Everyone, hoping someone can help me.  We have an issue which usually happens when im towing and starting and stopping the boat, but it happens other times too.  While im running, the screens will cut out and will just show malibu across the main screen and the side screen goes black. So that means when I’m towing a rider I can’t use the rear camera to keep an eye on them and I don’t know my speed or the water depth which is critical where I am - we have to turn the batteries off and wait to reset the screens.  It does not reset with just turning the power off.  It typically happens when using the Bluetooth audio and turning it back on after muting it or turning it off.  The dealer had the boat for 3 weeks, claims they can’t recreate the problem and have no ideas. We have checked all the connections and they are all good.

I would check for loose grounds and to make sure the cat5 cable on the screen is secure.
