Wet feet

Hello I just bought my first boat. 06 wakesetter 247

I've had it out a few times learning as I go. Last three times I had it out about half way through the day the carpet under the helm is getting wet. At first I thought it was just from getting in and out of the boat wet. Or oops I slowed down to fast crossing a big wake. Like I said I’m learning what not to do. But last time I took it out, just my wife and I and no wakes. The carpet at my feet was still getting wet. I can’t figure out how or where it’s coming from. I don’t think it’s the ice chest water. Anyone out there have anything like this happen and what’s the fix?

Your heater core was froze and cracked. Temporarily Bypass it by connecting the 2 hoses together till you can replace core.
