2013 Wakesetter 247 Passive Ballast Bag Drainage (Starboard Rear)

I have a 2013 LSV 247 and the fat sac above the rear hard tank (and possibly the hard tank)on the starboard side started leaking water passively out the intake/drain port while surfing. It was working fine without any issues.   The only way I have been able to stop water from draining passively is to shut the intake/drain valve in the floor of the engine compartment. The other bags/tanks are working fine without losing any water.  Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

Thank you. I see what looks to be a plastic inline valve behind the rear seat that is in the open position. Not sure if this is the vented loop valve you are referring to or how to check it fir proper operation.

The duck duckbill valve allows air to enter into the vented loop when the fill pump is off and prevents water from leaking out when the pump is on.  The air in the valve creates a column of air, or a vacuum break, to prevent siphoning that could cause the tank to continuously fill or drain back out.
