LT4 air filter + K&N

I Purchased a brand new 2021 23lsv LT4 two years ago. I notice it came with a k&n marine air filter and filter wrap (dry charger) from the factory.

After putting 230 hrs on it I noticed a tear in the wrap. I have searched all over and the dealer is of no help.  Does anyone know what actual K&N Marine filter this is; f038a4 or SAR j1928? 

I really want to avoid the dealer because they are insistent I haul it in, which seems pointless for a 30.00 wrap.
