2013 LS3 extcats getting hot

2013 lsv 247 with ls3 engine. The paint is wearing off the cats by the sensor. There are no codes and the boat runs around 160-162. Impeller was brand new at the beginning of the season and is changed every season always in perfect shape. I see there is a replumb kit but it appears it’s only for serial #’s lower than than mine. Any thought or suggestions as to the cause and if the replumb kit can still be done? Thanks in advance
