Best place in CA for off season boating

We’re in CA, bought an M240 this year that’s on Lake Tahoe, now we’re looking for a place to keep it through fall or even winter.   Ideally somewhere with warm water and slips for rent.  Is Castaic our best option?

We live in Santa Barbara but are happy to travel.

Naci if you are in SB. Castaic doesnt have slips.

Naci is nice till the water level drops, which can be unpredictable. If this is your option I would recommend storing it on a trailer when not in use.

Living in SoCal You will just have to get use to towing at least 3 to 5  hours to any decent water.

Also, what did you finally do about a tow vehicle? You posted a thread in the towing section but never said what you decided.
