2011 247 prop recommendation

I know about the search function but I’m gonna have a couple of questions that I figure might be easier just to ask. Sorry in advance if it’s been discussed recently.  I’ve been out of the boating life for a couple of years but my best friend just bought a 2011 247 that’s going to need a lot of dialing in.  It is going to need a full ballast upgrade and he will be running a nauticurl wake shaper until he upgrades to evolution tabs. Boat will be used 90% as a surf boat and I’m sure he will run it pretty heavy. It has the big supercharged motor. Here are my initial questions and I am sure I will have more but will search for those as time goes on.
1. Heavy torque prop recommendation

2. are there pre made Enzo type bags that will fit in the lockers up to the cooler on both sides?  My guess is it will need a bow bag also (my VLX liked the bow weight) but that will be easy bag to choose if he decides to run a bow bag

3. I ran Johnson pumps for my extra ballast. Is that still the best way to go?  I ran the stock MLS and had 3 Johnson’s for the lockers and bow bag. I see that the ballast puppy’s on bakes site are more expensive than the Johnson on the bakes site but show a lower volume rating. Is one better than the other
