Ok so I finally  put a fuel pressure gauge on my my fuel rail to figure out what's up with my rough idle,  with boat running or key on I'm at about 59-60 psi, as soon as I turn boat off it drops to zero about instantly,  I took the fuel rails off and injectors are not leaking by, where is the fuel by passing
