Radio issue

I purchased a new 2023 25 LSV a few weeks ago.  After about 5 minutes of operation, the radio screen says "radio off", then after a few seconds, powers back up.  The music never stops playing over the speakers, but you cannot control the volume or change songs.  This happens continuously throughout the day.  I always use Bluetooth and Spotify.  Loving the boat, but this is very annoying (especially to my wife).  Any thoughts?  Thx!

Sounds like you need to do a software update.  You can connect your boat to wifi or hotspot with your phone to perform the update.  It can take about 15 minutes.  Don't turn it off during the update.  Once it finishes and reboots, I'd turn it off and back on after.  This was covered elsewhere and CSLEAVER put update steps in another thread.  I'd search for software update

Turns out the radio remote at the rear of the boat was bad.  Everything runs on a CAN Bus.  Once rear remote was replaced, no more issues.

Thanks for the update. My boat goes in for a number of issues, including this. We’re you able to make it duplicate or the tech was able to duplicate the problem? I’ve never been able to get a video of it doing it.
