Need help trying to get surf wave right

I’ve got an 05 23 LSV wakesetter with the wake makers plug n play ballast… and manual wedge… the boat makes such a violent wake between 10.5 and 12.2 mph. There is no smooth rolling wake at all… it does have what appear to be stainless steel trim tabs on each corner of transom with switches on the driver side arm rest. It has the 8.1 Engine…. Any suggestions?? Different prop?? Less weight?? More weight?? More speed?? Somebody help me here!!
