2021 Malibu VLX + water in front cubby

Hi, just put boat in water, we purchased boat last year and Im pretty sure this port was dry as the boat stayed in the water all summer, Just had it summerized from Malibu dealer

could they have not put a hose or drain back in somewhere? T handle drain is good , as water is not coming from there. But front bilge will go off every 20 minutes or so. If so how to access front ballast tanks?

Also auto bilge light comes on when operating the boat, never seen that last year.

Could be an engine drain plug.  Also, check the sea strainer, if you have one, and make sure the cap on that is seated properly.  Sometimes that cap doesn't always seat right and if not it won't seal and will leak.  If the water is coming in while filling the ballast, check the connections and the pnp bags and make sure those are locked in.  Those are a couple places where I have had some leaks over the years.
