2006 247LSV Hull specs / Bunk placement

I have a 2006 247LSV that I needed a trailer for. Boatmate directed me to local dealer(s) who never responded to numerous request to order a new trailer.

After a few months of this frustration, I found a 2022 Boatmate Trailer for Tige 24RZX for sale by owner here locally.

How do I get the hull/specs for bunk placement to reconfigure this basically brand new trailer to fit my 247LSV.

Malibu said they don’t have the specs any more, “We did not build the trailers in that time period and we don’t carry any of that information due to the company was owned and operated by different management at that time.”

Boatmate said “Unfortunately we can not reconfigure a trailer to fit another boat.”

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I do not know the bunk specs for the 247 specifically. But I am familiar with the 24rzx trailer and I am confident that the bow roller will need to be significantly lowered involving cutting and re welding. My main worry would be not enough tongue weight. We have a 24rzx and a 247 at the shop, I will grab pictures for you tomorrow.

Boatmate or extreme should be able to make you a trailer no problem. They just aren't in the market at retro fitting old ones.

Yea, I kind of figured the bow roller would need to be lowered. It did look very tall. Yes, please send me what ever you can. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
