Does anyone have a contact at Waker Makers?

Last year I replaced some ballast pumps and one of them doesn't work. I called in April and filled a warranty claim, which was approved on May 2nd, but I still haven't received my part. Over the last three weeks I have called and emailed about a dozen times and received no response. I even looked up the director of sales and emailed him directly. I can't believe no one has responded to any of my emails or calls. I'm taking my family to the river on Thursday so I'm hoping to resolve this issue today, or order another pump from a different vendor.
