Malibu windshield

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

My starboard side windshield shattered (I think some neighborhood kids were playing baseball) and am looking everywhere for a replacement. I’ve contacted Malibu, Great Lakes skipper, Taylor made etc. but nobody can get me one. So I guess scrap is my only option. Anyone know anybody who has a scrap malibu years 09’-13’

thanks for the help!

Option 2.  Find a hotrod shop and have them get their supplier to make it.

It’s curved glass I haven’t found anyone that can make it. Thanks for the response.

Ski-it-again, Craigslist, here, wake garage, FB market place.

Every now and then someone posts big parts.     Just have to keep on it.

I used some tinted plexiglas to get by until I got extremely lucky with my 02.

Find a better hotrod shop.  Real customs use curved glass.

Some examples that I found via google

The last person that asked said they called a curved glass place, who told him that they could make it from acrylic.  I think the trick to getting someone in the industry to pay attention is that you'll have to convince them that these aren't one-off windows.  Several people a year come here asking about them.

A long shot, there is a marine junkyard in Lansing, MI.  Can't recall the name so maybe Google could assist with it.  Of course, they'll have the one you don't need.
