Hi everyone!

I am brand new to this forum and to owning a boat lol...I have a 2008 sunscape 20 lsv with the floating wedge and I'm having trouble getting a wake with enough push, was wondering what route you guys would take like fat sac, wake shaper? Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

Welcome @JoeRod99

Do you have a wake shaper, or suck gate? if not, that would probably help the most.  Second is going to be more weight.  We used to run our VTX (almost the same as the 20 LSV, with an 800 in the walkway, and a 400 in each rear locker, plus all 4 ballast tanks full.  We found if the suck gate was too low in the water it worked less well, but we were able to get a decent wave out of it.

Do a little searching around the site I'm sure you can find lots of good wave set-up info.

At a bare minimum you need 2-3k of ballast spread 70/30 rear to front and a diverter like a Swell.  You can probably fit a 600 pound bag in each locker and then a 4-5 hundred on the floor in the middle then get 50 pound bags of lead from a recycle center of wheel weight cast offs.  Then you need a bow bag or your wave will be tall and short.
