I couldn't be happier with my experience with Tommy's, especially Stefan Knost at their Walloon location. I'm located in NC, they're in MI. I found the Axis boat I wanted online and they made the process completely easy and transparent. Stefan even sent me a video walk around of the inside and outside before I made the trip to pick it up. When we got there, the paperwork was already printed out and waiting on me. Quick, easy and painless process from start to finish! When we got home one of the surf features wasn't functioning properly. My local NC dealer couldn't get the OEM to warranty the part. I called Stefan to explain and within minutes, he called me back and said we won't leave you hanging and want to make this right! I was blown away! They shipped the part to my local dealer at no cost to me. I was a happy Tommy's customer before but now I'M A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! Thanks to Tommy's for making it easy to do business and a special shout out to Stefan for going above and beyond to make sure I was and am completely satisfied!
