old 23lsv vs 2008 247

I have an older 23lsv that my friend has been on alot.  I found a 2008 247 lsv for him to buy that he likes but he is wondering if it would be alot harder to maneuver, dock and load on trailer than mine.  I have 35 years of boating experience, this will be their first boat.  I don't think it will be that much more difficult but I don't want them to really struggle when I make it look easy..

I didn’t notice a big learning curve difference between my friends 2014 247 and my 2014 23.  The longer boat just needed a bit more room to maneuver in tite spaces.  Probably offset by the extra weight making the 247 a little less susceptible to wind gusts.  He might feel a little intimidated for a few sessions and then will probably get it figured out.
