Spotify - What am I doing wrong?

I cannot get my Spotify playlists to play on the water. My songs are all downloaded and I have turned to offline mode. The songs are grayed out and won’t play unless I’m connected to Wifi.

Without seeing pictures, it sounds like they aren't fully downloaded. Or if you made a change to the download quality after you downloaded them, they won't play. They probably downloaded at "normal" for quality so double check that.

I did high quality for download. I’ll take some pictures.

I finally got it to work today. I think the trick was getting it on WiFi at home first and not turning the batteries off. It was nice not having to use my phone for stereo control.
