Engine Cover Grommets

Hi All,

I have a 2020 22 LSV and appear to be missing the engine cover grommets that hold the top cover over the engine in place, I think the service department lost them over the winter.  The are 4 of these that connect the engine cover to the posts to keep it in place.

Anyone know where to get replacements?  My local service department had no clue where to find them???

I am betting that is going to be a Malibu unique part and you may have to go to a more capable parts department. McMaster-Carr may be an option. I don’t see anything on Malibuparts.com either. Not having one in hand is going to make it a little more challenging to source.

The grommet part number is E100075 and they can be ordered by any Malibu dealer.

You might check and see if they got pushed into the hole in the engine cover. That's what happened to one of mine. And boy was it a PITA to fish out and re-seat.
