Been getting a drip on this for quite awhile, any idea on a fix for this?

I had this on one transom tank on my 2016.  It wasn't as bad.  But it was close.  What I did was flush and clean it as best I could.  Then I got a good stainless steel hose clamp, set it around the female fitting, applied adhesive in the crack, tightened the clamp down while threading the fitting in there a bit later, but before it got too tight.  Total hack.  Worked.  That fitting is never coming out though.  I wrapped it in a lot of red tape and wrote don't remove on it. :)
