Adding a Sub to 2021 LSV

Hi

Help or info please.

Our 2021 was order without a Sub, we are looking to add one (wetsounds active sub)

The Viper Black box is a MBB VIPER500M which does not show a sub output on the wiring drg.

The touch screen shows the Sub output.

Is it possible to add a sub with this black box and control its volume from the touch screen and if so where do I connect? Or do we need to replace the black box and if so with what?

The sub signal is on channels 5-6 on the interior plug. 

what amp do you have in the boat powering the interior speakers?  The factory 6 channel would be plug and play  (though you may need to make a output plug for the sub channel if it’s not there in the boat)

we have a four Chanel amp and a tower amp hence why we are going with a active/powered sub. (STEALTH AS-10 | Wet Sounds 10" Active Marine Sub Enclosure)

The Viper500M output plug to the 4 channel amp has wires going to the 5 & 6 channel pins, I will test for an output, so hopefully we will be all sorted. Thanks again.

Honestly, your best (easiest) bet would be to pick up a stock Malibu syn dx6 dsp amp, and add the revo 12 fa sub. It already has the outputs and programming for it on the amp. You can build a box and throw sub in a sealed box.
