Stripped Threads in Fiberglass

Anyone have a good solution for small screw stripped threads?  Specifically, rear seat sliding track has a philips head screw stripped thread in the fiberglass.  I'm looking for some kind of thread locker that can be used for re-inserting the small screws to hold.

Fill the hole, redrill

Something like liquid resin or Marine RX would work fine.

Cotton balls soaked in resin and stuffed into the hole work great.  5-minute epoxy should work OK.  Let it cure, redrill the hole, and install the fastener.

If you can access the back side, switch to machine bolts and lock nuts. If not, there are filler epoxy that you fill the hole and then redrill the pilot.
