2016 left side surf gate not responding.

Ok my 2016 23lsv surf gate the right side responds but left does not.  Last time on the lake it just stopped working. Just looked into it and discovered water and oil on the motor side of the actuator. So that’s my problem water penetration into the motor! So I call my local dealer to purchase a new one and they don’t have it in stock and it turns out that no one has it as there is a nation wide shortage of this actuator. My local dealer tells me about a place in Texas called Global electronics that he thinks can rebuild it for me. Anyone had any experience with this place? My dealer has had them rebuild a bunch of electronic components for the surf gates but not an actuator. I called them and they seem to be pretty confident they can do it. Just wondering if any one has had experience rebuilding these and if this place is any good?  The actuator number is 5615014.3 anyone?
