1985 Skier Restoration

[1985Skier]

Does anyone have good recommendations for where to bring a boat for a complete restoration (stringers, floor, carpet, vinyl, gelcoat etc.) in or near Minnesota? We want to rebuild the boat to look as though it came right off the show room floor. Thanks in advance!

@1985Skier - Nice project, a Minneapolis area forum guru is @oldjeep.  He may be able to steer you to a local shop.  There are also a few wood Bu refurbish threads on this site.  A complete restoration will be pricey if you don't supply any labor.

I have no experience with these guys, but they always have a lot of nice projects sitting outside when I ride by

Thanks for the replies. We decided to work with Imperial Boat Repair in Hudson, Wi. There is no doubt the project is pricey, but far cheaper than the cost of a new boat. The project should be done by April or May. Ill be sure to post photos of the finished product
