Wedge stuck down

2016 malibu 25lsv. Viper II Power wedge stuck down and won’t come up. Screen day check wedge cal. We have calibrated, reset the boat, debug assist, tried the paddle wheel under the boat… still won’t come up. Ideas?

A power wedge calibration on a 2016 Malibu is done by manually adjusting the wedge position sensor.  If the power wedge can't be lifted by repeatedly touching the + icon on the debug assist screen, then there may be a tripped breaker, a faulty electrical connection, a faulty relay pack, a faulty actuator, or a physical problem with the wedge, bracket, or fasteners.

There is a red, slotted, hydraulic release valve on the top of the power wedge actuator that will allow you to manually lift the power wedge into the stowed position by hand.
