2003 to 2005 RLXI Gauges

Hi all,

 

Can anyone confirm if the gauges on my 2005 RLXI (chrome bezel with orange letterings) are the same gauges as the earlier 2003/04 RLXI (black bezel with white letterings) but with different displays?

or are they completely different both visually and electronically?

 

Also my Speedo doesn’t have the lcd depth display, only air and lake temps. If I was to find and plug in the OEM transducer and module would the depth display on my Speedo? Or is the gauge different that works with the sounder?

Those gauges should be the same, though the depth reading might depend on what's set up with your MDC.
