Loosing features

I have a 2006 malibu wakesetter new to boating over the past couple weeks I’ve been losing features. For example fist my power wedge warning beep went off all the time. Now my shallow warning goes off. My lights have become dim and my boat won’t fill ballasts it seems like power is fading but I replaced the batteries two months ago

Is the alternator charging the batteries. First check, when running is volts in dashboard showing 13-14 volts. Second check, use multimeter at battery and at alternator.
