Prop repair shop recommendation?

Recommended Posts

I hit a submerged log in the course today with the prop on my TXI .  I idled back to the spot where I hit something and hand walked the course. I kicked the log under water. I drug it out. It was about 6’ long and 5” thick.

I’ll take my spare to the lake tomorrow to replace and hopefully it is only prop damage. Are there any recommended prop repair shops near Kentucky?

Bump. Ok. I will widen the area.  Does anyone have experience with a prop repair shop that they would recommend?  What was the cost to repair a 3 blade prop?  The damage looks minimal; but, is creating a very noticeable vibration.

After finding all of the dealers on my lake ship it a state away and have weeks of ship time, I send all of mine to propmd.com they're timely, great service, and better prices

@wdr and all of the rest. Thank you for the prop repair shop recommendations. I think I will go to Nashville to avoid the shipping delays.

I have used linden propeller in Dubuque ia.   Had a prop that was missing a chunk, they welded it back up and it looks new now.  Cost around $300 to get it fixed.  About to get another prop fixed as I tapped the lift rolling the edges.
