I just bought my first boat, a 2013 M Wakesetter 23 lsv. all the controls and the stereo system are from 2013.

does anyone know how to connect the stereo to my 2022 iphone?

I think it depends on the options the boat has - I have a 2013 VTX and it didn't have the bluetooth option so I installed a aftermarket bluetooth receiver.  It was very easy to install just plugged into the inputs on the back of the stereo "black box" that sits in the passenger side storage next to the amp.  Works great!

This is the receiver I installed

Can you show me a picture of you black box and where you plugged into it?  I have a 2012 VLX and I know where the amps are just not seeing the radio black box with a port to plug into? thanks

Sorry my boat is still wrapped up in storage in a different town.
If I remember when I get the boat out end of next week I'll reply back with a pic.

On my 2013 VTX, the main stereo control "box" sits screwed to the outside wall of the port side storage (under windshield) right next to the amps.  Had to pull the "box" off the wall
to expose all the wiring and there were a set of female Aux RCA plugs that (from factory) connected to the AUX port in the glove box.  I just disconnected those RCA
plugs and plugged them into the BT dongle instead.  Then I ran the power lines to the amp power distribution blocks.
All in all it took me about 15 minutes to get it installed with no extra wiring.
