Replacing brake pads on Dexter (UFP) DB35 brakes

I've had zero luck finding written or video instructions for replacing brake pads on Dexter (formally UFP) DB35 brakes.  Can anyone point me to where I might find this?  It would be much appreciated.

Also, brakes are on a single axle.  What are thoughts with replacing pads on just one wheel (in a pinch) since the other wheel's pads have plenty of wear left?  I would never do this on an automobile, but is this something you could get by with on boat trailer with surge brakes?  And do the other wheel in the off-season?

Thanks.

Disc brakes?  Should take 30 minutes a side if you stop for a beer.  I'd do both sides.  Should just need a c clamp to push the piston back in, pop the new pads on and be done.

Thanks. I'm aware of that Youtube video, was hoping for instructions specific to my exact make/model of brakes.  But looks like I will have to work my way through it using this and other info out there.

Thanks again.

Specific info?  Remove wheel.  Remove 2 bolts holding caliper on.  Remove old pads.  Use c clamp to press piston in.  Install new pads.  Install 2 bolts.  Install wheel. Repeat on other side.

It really is that simple, just helped a friend do his this weekend at the boat ramp.

One thing to note, open the brake cap at the trailer tongue prior to pushing the capiler in with the c clamp.  If you do not remove the cap, once you release the clamp to slide it in place, the capiler pushes to pad to close to fit over the rotor.

I had a genius moment where I walked to the brake fluid cap and removed it while the c clamp was installed and the built up pressure when I slightly lifted the edge with my fingernail, blew the cap off and shot out fluid.
