Boatmate trailer light replacement

So the top light on the starboard side of my boat mate trailer isn’t functioning properly. And all of them are now discolored. 
 

Does anyone know where to get a direct replacement without waiting for Boatmate? This is the one on my trailer.

Factory version from boatmate. They have white and red. These lights look great but they never seem to last.
