"Excess Play" on Illusion Tower when Pulling Wakeboarder - Help

I have an 2005 Illusion X Tower and noticed the last few trips that when get torque/tension on the tower by pulling someone, the tower moves slightly back at the front allen bolt holding the the upper tower part, to the lower base.  This is happening on both sides of the tower.  I removed, and checked all the allen bolts, installed them back and made sure they were tightened, but that didn't fix the issue.  Here is a video of what I'm talking about, I'm pushing aft on the front of the tower.....It's not a lot, but its not right, and I don't remember that every being the case.  Any insight and help is very appreciated!  Thanks!

Ok, did a bit more searching, and maybe this is my issue.....
