12v heater blanket

I have a heater and 2 of the Walmart procured electrical blankets for guests. They actually see more use in my RZR (wife) than the boat. The down side is that at least the ones I have is they are ideally kid sized. They will keep you warmer, better in a confined space than in the open boat. They mostly get used for those odd late night runs back to the dock when most have on sweats already anyway. For the price an acceptable option I suppose, but I would rather have a hoody and sweat pants. JM2C

curios if anyone has any easy heating solutions for a surf boat?  hoping to find something that doesn't really require installation (as dealer suggested it voids warranty)

Short of the above mentioned option or an actual dealer installed system or a DIY install of a factory type heater there really isn’t any other choices like you would have with a surf tab or surf gate etc… A DIY install is pretty easy, but some dealers would/will crucify you over any related or even a non related warranty claim. There is one member on here 🙄 who had the dealership try to deny a warranty claim on a  broken factory weld on an exhaust manifold because a plastic storage box on the opposite end of the boat was modified. A dealer install will be your most prudent option IMO.

All dealers are not equal!
