21 VLX 2021model EQ settings

Hi guys, I was messing around with my stereo today and wanting to know what EQ settings people are running with? I have standard internal speakers, 12 inch subs and a pair of Rev 10 tower speakers and I hit the sync button which re set all speakers to same levels. 
 

Any help would be great

Do your EQ settings save when you turn off the batteries, or do you have to set them every time?

Mine seem to stay the same each time
