Stereo settings not saving on Viper screen

Good morning, guys. I've tried everything on my 2021 MLX, but every time I turn on the batteries, all of sliders for my stereo EQ settings are all the way to the left. So no bass, no treble, only the port side speakers are playing, etc. It's a minor annoyance that only takes 30 seconds to correct at the beginning of the day, but I can't imagine that this is how the system is supposed to work. The Viper software saves all of my other settings in the various menus. Is it possible that my stereo system is wired incorrectly?
