2015 22 VLX — Any tips/insight on this model?

Recommended Posts

I have moved to the 2015 22VLX... just curious any tips or insights on this model and what to look for? We are really liking it so far and have it pretty dialed in.

If you have regular surfers, you'll want to consider using less ballast on the opposite side.  It seems to help the wave, or at least it did on the 2017 22 VLX we had.  Bow weight is essential on that boat.

Yep.  I have 750's in the locker and a bow sac up front.  Still find myself tweaking things.  Off memory, I'm 11.6MPH on the right side, wedge at 2.  11.4 on left with no wedge.  Can't recall now, have them programmed in.  The stereo interface sucks, but you probably know that.

I am running similar set up... I do have 3 fat bricks to move around  and a 400 for the walkway
