I may be going out up here in the Philly area. I buddy of mine keeps his bu' in a heated garage. I'll have to borrow his drysuit, but man that would be pretty cool to ski in Janurary.

I would, but temps are headed down next week. I found out today that a B 52 block drains itself so it cuts down on winterization. Ever heard of such?

All this talk about going ou in the boat and I just got in from shoveling for a hour just to clear the driveway in hopes that a few months from now I'll be ablt to get to the lake.

The Weather guessers are predicting another big snow next Thurs.

Took mine out, took me over an hour to get out and put away to take out for ten minutes, but it is so worth while and reminded me of why I bought a bu. Yahoo.gif

We took my friends Sportster out Saturday and Sky Skied all day on the Connecticut river south of Weathersfield. Air temp: 72, water temp: 42.

The local news was packing up their stuff as we were pulling into the launch but stopped to ask my friend Rich what we were doing out on the water. Click to see the video

I live on a lake west of Boston and on Saturday and Sunday there was a Flightcraft outboard ski boat with guys out slaloming. It would have been too much work for me to uncover my boat and then put it away again.

its been in the 60s and 70s most of this winter but the water temp is still really cold and i dont have a dry suit or even a wet suit for that matter. i think we are going to put a minute drian system in the boat next year so i will get one then.
