Power wedge acting up again

So I replaced my actuators a couple of years ago to the 5 lobe and now I have been having weird issues again with the wedge.  The gauge is just all over the place after trying to calibrate but since it is the 07 it doesn't have a calibrate option so not exactly sure how to do that. I had a bit of water in one of the actuators this year and it seem to have got the wedge stuck in the up position.  I was able to get it back working though and worked for a solid couple weeks with no issues. 

What is really going on is that we find the surf position finally and randomly the wedge seems to move by itself and it back to a horrible position then we have to mess with it to get the wave back.  It really seems that it is either all the way up or all the way down. 

Has anyone experienced this?
