Stumbled across this on eBay:

Can anyone explain what the heck those are? I am a bimini\illusion noob

I just bought an illusion tower (shipped today!) for my 2002 21SLV, and plan on adding a bimini top to the tower. I’ve got no idea how the bimini mounts to the tower, or if the above brackets will help me at all?

Those mount to a flat surface and allow the bimini posts to "click in" but still swivel.

The Metcraft bimini for the Illusion X uses four of those clamps (your tower is already tapped for them), along with two holes in the front to secure the frame to the tower.

If you get a new bimnini, it will include all of that hardware (the eBay auction is not for a complete set).
