All I know is that they went on Tige's in the late 90's and early 00's...the WORST tower out there IMO!!!

IIRC, Metcraft was the manufacturer of that tower. As I recall, both Tige & Calabria used that tower at one point or another.

I would say that is some sort of comment, however not unrelated. If it were the actual manufacturer's name I believe it would be Rednecks Inc. or Rednecks LLC. or Rednecks Industries Inc.

A friend of mine had that tower on his Tige, and that was one of the

worst towers I have seen. Nothing but squeaks and rattles all over. That

thing must have had about 6-8" of sway in it.

May not need fat sacks for a great wake with all the added weight tho.

We have a neighbor who made his own tower out of galvanized pipe that looked better than that.

That towered was called the Dolphun, and was produced by an obscure manufacturer that is no longer building wakeboard tower products and accessories.

If you have any chance, as others have said, avoid it at all costs, it's a really bad design.

We are new to this site but feel we belong here, we just bought a 06 21'XTI and I have to say you shouldn't worry about who made it. Stay away from it, it coud be hazardous to your health. It is funny looking and I wouldn't want to know anyone fitted with this set up.
